Privacy and Data Protection Consent
In GOFAMINT NA, and in the Chosen Generation (CG) ministry, your privacy is very important to us. We are committed to protecting your privacy as legislated by The Data Protection Act (DPA) 2018 which covers the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CALOPPA), giving you a greater say in how your data is held and used (processed) by organizations such as ours.
Your consent is needed to include you in our digital Church Management Software (ChMS) Database, hosted by Ekklesia360 on the e360 ChMS platform, which will provide individual’s contact details for use within the Chosen Generation ministry and GOFAMINT NA. In e360 ChMS, you are in control of what data you wish to share publicly in the member directory and can remove it or alter it at any time.
We intend to keep your information safe, as such we will:
- Respect your privacy by only sending emails, texts (and similar electronic messages) from GOFAMINT NA in relation to areas you have expressed an interest in or that we consider you would benefit from knowing regarding the Chosen Generation ministry.
- Not share any individual’s information with a third-party unless there is a lawful reason to do so.
- Ensure that your data is kept in as secure a manner as is reasonably practical.
Based on the applicable laws of your country, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we collect from you, change that information, or delete it in some circumstances.
