The Chosen Generation (CG) Ministry is the Youth and Young Adult Ministry of the Gospel Faith Mission International, North America “GOFAMINT NA”.
Members of the CG Ministry are youth and young adults who fall within our focus group ages.
We comprise of the following focus groups:
Youth
Middle and high school teens aged 12 to 17 years.
Young Adults
College Students: College-age students aged 18 to 23 years.
Young Professionals: Working-age young adults in their 20s and 30s (24 to 35 year-olds).
To raise an army of young people who know The LORD and are strengthened for significant kingdom impact in ministry and the marketplace.
The inspiration for our name is taken from 1 Peter 2:9: “But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;”
Our vision is inspired by Daniel 11:32b: “but the people who know their God shall be strong, and carry out great exploits.”

• To bring youth and young adults to a level where they can disciple others.

Job Summary:
Develop and implement strategy for promoting the Chosen Generation Ministry to youth and young adults across media channels, and a program for managing social media accounts and marketing campaigns, with the goal of increasing CG engagement, sales, and brand awareness in support of the Chosen Generation's vision, mission, core values, and strategic goals.
Develop and implement strategy to generate revenue and create alternative sources of funds that aligns with and support the organizational vision, mission, core values and strategic goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Be a member of impeccable character, filled with the Holy Spirit.
Possess ministerial and administrative abilities relevant to the office.
Demonstrate a high degree of loyalty to the Chosen Generation and GOFAMINT Mission.
Analytical skills and the ability to make sound judgements and decisions.
Strong written & verbal communication skills; strong editing skills with attention to detail.
Interest in design and creative expression.
Familiar with social media & graphic design platforms and able to learn new systems.
Experience managing creating and/or selling products or merchandise.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a combination of education and experience in marketing, sales, business, or communications.
Job Summary:
Provides strategic advice/direction to the national leadership on improving current and developing new communication processes that align with and support the Chosen Generation's vision, mission, core values, and strategic goals.
Will develop and implement strategy for managing and directing internal and external communication.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage communication content, channels and processes between all National Chosen Generation Ministry
internal stakeholders including:
National Council
Local Assembly Pastors, Ministry Directors, Parents and Leaders.
National Focus Groups
Alumni
- Develop and manage communication content, channels and processes between the National Chosen Generation
Ministry and external parties such as:
Non-GOFAMINT members
Local Government and Authorities
Press and Media Agencies
- Serve as the key spokesperson and media contact for the Chosen Generation Ministry*
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s or master's degree in an area of public relations, business, communications or another relevant field. (Individuals currently enrolled in the above degrees will also be considered).
Job Summary:
Provide strategic advice/direction to the national leadership on leveraging current and new technology that align with and support the organizational vision, mission, core values and meet strategic goals.
Develop and implement strategy for organizing and executing technology functions to meet needs and requirements.
Direct the support of existing technology solutions and the development and adoption of new technology solutions .
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Research, evaluate, encourage and facilitate the adoption of current and new technologies at the national and local levels to improve internal process, programs and events such as: communication processes, meetings, services, conferences.

Bachelor’s or master's degree in an area of Information Technology, science or another relevant field. (Individuals currently enrolled in the above degrees will also be considered).

Provides financial record keeping, statements, forecasts, and reports to national leadership to help inform decision making on expenditures that support the Chosen Generation's vision, mission, core values, and strategic goals.
