When and where is GOFAMINT NA Convention?
Wednesday, July 17 through Sunday, July 21, 2024 at the Goucher College, 1021 Dulaney Valley Road, Baltimore MD 21204. Main sessions will be held in the Kraushaar Auditorium in the Dorsey College Center.

- Dorsey College Center – Guest Minister and Executives Room (Admissions Conference Room), Ministers Meeting Room (Merrick Lecture Hall)

What is the closest airport?
The Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport is approximately a 30-minute drive (28 miles) from Goucher College.

What are the parking arrangements and directions?
Parking is available on campus in the Dorsey Parking Lot which will be the first on your left as you enter the security gate. On-campus parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Do not park in spaces marked reserved. A parking pass is required for reserved spaces. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces without a pass will be towed.

- Where is the handicap accessible parking?
Handicap accessible parking is available in the Dorsey Parking Lot near the Kraushaar Auditorium. Visitors requiring the use of such spaces must have a state-issued parking placard.
- Is there public transportation to Goucher College?

- Are there any organized shuttles?

- What are the accommodation arrangements?
Hotel rooms are available to book at a group rate of $139 per night at the Sheraton Baltimore North Hotel. Please check the Convention home page for additional details. Last day to book is Monday, June 24, 2024.
- What is the dress code?
There is no official dress code. We simply ask that all attendees dress decently, respecting themselves and other attendees, and honoring God and the purpose for our gathering together.
- What food will be available at the Convention?
Food will NOT be provided by the Convention team this year.
There are no meal tickets, subsidies or vouchers.
Food will be available for direct purchase at the following locations:
- Café located in the Ungar Athenaeum building during afternoon break and dinner hours only. Bon Appetit dining services will provide a menu list with pricing. The cost of lunch for adults is set at $10.00 and dinner at $15.00.
The Attendee Lounge, located in the Hyman Forum on the first level of the Ungar Athenaeum, is available for dining.
A break station with water, hot beverages and light snacks will also be available in the Rosenberg Lobby of the Kraushaar Auditorium and in Attendee Lounge.
- Will food be provided for children?
Food for children aged 12 and below will be provided for free.
- How do I let you know about my special dietary requirements?
Please review the Coppin State University dining services menu and contact info for any special dietary needs.
- May I bring my own food?
You are not allowed to bring outside food into the venue space. Food will be available for purchase at the venue.
- When do I need to register?
Due to the expected 1,000 participants for the Convention, we kindly ask that everyone registers in advance.
- Can I register on-site?
We highly encourage everyone to register online for the best check-in experience possible. However, we will accept on-site registrations.
- What is the cost of attending?
The cost to attend is free, but you must register.
- Where can I access the Convention program?

- Am I able to attend the Convention online?
Yes. The entire Convention program will be live streamed on the following platforms: YouTube and Facebook. Search for @gofamintna .

- What are the health protocols?
If you feel sick or have symptoms such as fever, we ask that you please stay home and join us online.
If you feel sick while on-site, please inform an usher or visit the registration desk. A health practitioner from the health and wellness team will be contacted to provide assistance.
If you have any health conditions that require medication, we encourage you to bring your medication with you on-site.
