Virtual Volunteer Personal Assistant to Pastor Olugbenga Atilola
About the Role:
Pastor Olugbenga Atilola is seeking a dedicated and organized Virtual Volunteer Personal Assistant to provide essential remote support to him in his pastoral role as the Head of Department (HOD) and Council Member of the Gospel Faith Mission International North America (GOFAMINT NA) Chosen Generation (CG) ministry, and as a member of the GOFAMINT NA National Executive Board (NEB). This role offers an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the church community and the Kingdom of God by assisting with ministry-related activities and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will handle a range of tasks with professionalism and full discretion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Pastor Atilola’s schedule, including virtual CG ministry events, counseling appointments, and online community engagements, and NEB meetings.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of Pastor Atilola.
- Assist in planning and coordinating virtual CG leadership meetings, and events.
- Conduct research and prepare sermon materials, presentations, or reports as needed.
- Oversee special CG ministry projects and ensure their timely completion.
- Liaise with CG ministry leaders and members, and external stakeholders professionally and effectively via email, video calls, and other online platforms.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive pastoral matters.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office365 apps.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Trustworthy, reliable, and able to handle confidential matters with full discretion.
- A heart for ministry and understanding of church operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a church or ministry environment.
- Knowledge of Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Calendly, Canva, Zoom, WhatsApp, ProPresenter.
- Flexibility to attend virtual events outside regular hours.
Weekly Time Commitment:
- Approximately six (6) hours per week, with flexibility depending on ministry meetings, activities and Pastor ATi's schedule.
